3 Installation/Update<br />
3.1 Update Procedure<br />
Download and expand the Update_<strong>EMC32</strong>_8V50_0.zip file (requires password for unzip and is<br />
encrypted with WinZip 2.0 method) into a temporary folder on your hard drive.<br />
Run the Setup.exe program in order to update your <strong>EMC32</strong>/<strong>AMS32</strong> installation to V8.50.0.<br />
For further information please follow the update instructions in the installation guide.<br />

R&S Driver Installer Tool<br />
<strong>EMC32</strong>/<strong>AMS32</strong> V8.50 installs an additional tool which helps to install additional device and USB<br />
driver software required by appropriate <strong>EMC32</strong> device drivers. The tool is available via the <strong>Rohde</strong> &<br />
<strong>Schwarz</strong> program group. It will also be started if <strong>EMC32</strong>/<strong>AMS32</strong> detects a missing driver. For further<br />
information refer to the installation manual.<br />
