EMC32 Main Program ● ● Device List o GPIB Interface handling improved when using GPIB-ENET since the GPIB-ENET interface may not always be online: EMC32 now always provide the interface selection GPIB0 to GPIB3 independent on the availability of the interface. EMC32 Application Window o Error 380 does no longer occur when minimizing EMC32 application window in OS Windows XP or 7 (32 bit) in special configurations. Rohde & Schwarz 7
EMC32-EB Section 5 EMC32-EB Section 5.1 Extensions ● ● ● EMI Time Domain scans with ESU o When using the R&S ESU s time domain scan (EMC32: fast scan ), then optionally a live data reduction of the scan results can be defined in the EMI Scan ESU receiver settings Time / Bandwidth dialog Parameter Data Reduction Factor (e.g. by a factor of 10). This enables to slim down the result handling, especially if running scans with >100000 points without the need to keep the full frequency resolution from the results (similar to analyzer sweep results). The feature of course speeds up the whole processing of the scan. Scan/Sweep/Single Measurements o A new toolbar button (calculator symbol) opens a dialog which allows to easily create a result table copy with limit and margin columns. Show Separate H/V Graphics for Scan and Sweeps o A new option allows to generate separate graphics for horizontal and vertical polarization in a radiated scan or sweep measurement. When the current measurement is completed the measurement results are merged to the appropriate graphics depending on the currently set polarization of the antenna. 5.2 Improvements ● Table Editor o When storing a measurement point during a single measurement the accessories columns of the single result table are now updated correctly, if the table editor is open.
