THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF LAMBTON SHORES
BY-LAW 04 OF 2013
Being a By-law to authorize an Agreement between the
Corporation of the Municipality of Lambton Shores and
The Department of National Defence, Canada
WHEREAS:
The Department of Nation Defence has requested a water
service for the former Military Camp on Army Camp Road;
AND WHEREAS: An agreement has been prepared outlining the terms and
conditions under which the servicing would be provided,
AND WHEREAS: It is deemed appropriate for the Mayor and Clerk to be
authorized to sign the necessary agreement;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Lambton
Shores enacts as follows:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute an agreement on behalf of
the Corporation between the Municipality of Lambton Shores and The
Department of National Defence, a copy of which is annexed to this By-law,
and to affix to the contract the Corporate Seal of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Lambton Shores;
2. This By-law comes into force and effect upon being finally passed.
