[The ACSC gives "8 June 1932" as the date of issue but records no First Day Covers. This new<br />
discovery is believed to be the only known example. Colaco Belmonte was descended from Dutch<br />
Jews in Suriname & was the Dutch consul in Sydney. He was also an avid collector & creator of<br />
covers, many of them self-addressed]<br />
