Fishing in the Wind/Bighorn River Basin was not broken out into still water fishing and stream fishing.<br />

In the Platte River Basin and in the Snake/Salt River Basin, projections of water consumption<br />

were prepared for golf course irrigation and snowmaking for alpine skiing. These projections are shown<br />

in Table 6-13. This effort was not conducted for the remaining river basin planning areas.<br />

6.5.3 Adequacy of Existing Resources<br />

The WGFD in the past has estimated the supply of water resources available to meet the demands<br />

of fishermen in various regions of the state. These supply estimates were expressed in terms of fishermen<br />

days, and reflect the amount of pressure the WGFD believed that publicly accessible fisheries could<br />
