2.0 INFORMATION AND DATA<br />

The poor response to the e-mail questionnaire (1.5 percent response rate) indicates that e-mail<br />

should not be used as a mode of generating interest in or input on water planning. In fact, a<br />

recommendation of this current study is to abandon the use of e-mail for obtaining information and use it<br />

only as a means of providing meeting or other notification to future BAG membership.<br />

2.5 AGENCY LEADER MEETING<br />

On October 18, 2006, a facilitated agency leader<br />

meeting was held in Cheyenne led by a panel representing<br />

the WWDC, SEO, <strong>Wyoming</strong> Department of Environmental<br />

Quality (WDEQ), <strong>Wyoming</strong> Game and Fish Department<br />

(WGFD), and <strong>Wyoming</strong> Business Council. The purpose of<br />

the meeting was to gather ideas from the panel and the<br />

public audience regarding what the <strong>Framework</strong> <strong>Plan</strong>ning<br />

Recommendations report should attempt to address. Table 1<br />

presents a summary of the ideas and subjects recorded at this<br />

meeting.<br />
