To increase damping: Use the
tool from the on-board toolkit
to turn the adjusting screw
or the adjusting ring, as applicable,
in the appropriate direction
so that mark 3 or, respectively,
4 points to a higher
reading on the scale.
To reduce damping: Use the
tool from the on-board toolkit
to turn the adjusting screw
or the adjusting ring, as applicable,
in the appropriate direction
so that mark 3 or, respectively,
4 points to a lower
reading on the scale.

Position 2 (comfortable setting
with rider 85 kg)
