7. In-case the Contractor shall commit the break of any covenants herein contained the Corporation
shall be at liberty to terminate this Agreement giving 15 days notice.
8. The Contractor shall indemnify to the Corporation from all claims for injury, death, caused to any
person under workmen Compensation Act. 1938. Besides the contractor shall comply all the
provisions of prevailing Labour laws during execution of work.
9. Both the parties agree by mutual consent that any dispute relating to this Agreement is barred from
Arbitration. All problems shall be mutually settled and the decision of IDCO shall be final and
binding on the contractor.
10. In the event of any dispute that may arise out of this assessment the competent Courts situated at
Bhubaneswar shall have the jurisdiction to decide such disputes / litigations between parties hereto.
