Identification of potential conflicts is possible in internal audits of the management<br />

system <strong>and</strong> also in other evaluation procedures of the activities or the management<br />

system. Staff members are encouraged to announce their findings on potential conflicts<br />

between requirements to the <strong>STUK</strong>’s register for non-conformances <strong>and</strong> deviations.<br />

Potential conflicts between requirements are discussed in the Quality Group <strong>and</strong><br />

resolved at appropriate level.<br />

Guide YTV1.1 Drafting <strong>and</strong> updating YTV guides, Chapter 3 states that the compiler of a<br />

guide shall check that the contents of the guide do not conflict with other YTV Guides,<br />

<strong>STUK</strong> Guides <strong>and</strong> Orders or any general state’s administrative rules <strong>and</strong> regulations.<br />

According to Guide SKV 1.2 persons responsible for the quality issues of the<br />

department (SKV guides concern Radiation Practices Regulation <strong>and</strong> Non-ionizing<br />

Radiation Surveillance) shall check that the contents of the guide do not conflict with<br />

other Management System guides<br />
