This guide says: “Where necessary, STUK will integrate the emergency requirements and guides of the IAEA into its guides, especially the Safety Requirements and Safety Guides pertaining to preparedness planning and to action to be taken in emergency situations”. Other guides (SKV 3.5, YTV 7.4, YTV 7.5, YTV 7.6, and YTV 4.7.4) describing the preparedness for nuclear or radiation emergencies, reporting data to databases, and reviews also mention several IAEA publications.
