Typical uses include cryptographic key holder, mail sending application, money converter, and etc. 14.7 Customer Care Administration interface The offered system shall have a Customer Care web interface to supervise the subscribers’ activity. The Customer Care Administrator can access the status of any registered subscriber through the subscriber’s phone number. 14.8 Web Graphical User Interface The offered system shall have several types of web interfaces to access different functions of the solution (system administration, service management, campaign management, and subscriber management). 15 Device Management 15.1 Automatic Device Configuration The offered system shall perform terminal switch detection using SMS base, registering when the subscriber inserts the SIM in a terminal. If the subscriber has a new terminal, a new set of settings is needed to configure services such as WAP, MMS, Internet and Streaming. 15.2 Required supported device settings: CSD connectivity settings GPRS connectivity settings(APN settings) WAPGW settings (HTTP proxy settings) MMS settings; Streaming settings; Bookmark settings; Syncml DS settings; SIP settings; Email settings Push To Talk settings 15.3 Supporded service requests Automatic configuration User initiated by SMS,USSD, User initiated by WEB portal Customer care service interface with step-by-step guidance Minimum 1,000 configurable different types of handsets supported by the solution. The backed up phonebook data shall be able to retrive to any handset based on some control as phonebook.
