As provided in the Resolution, the District may provide for the issuance of a parity note or notes during the Repayment Fiscal Year, the principal and interest on which will be secured by Pledged Revenues on a parity with this Note. The County, the District and the Trustee may deem and treat the registered owner hereof as the absolute owner hereof for the purpose of receiving payment of or on account of principal hereof and interest due hereon and for all other purposes, and the County, the District and the Trustee shall not be affected by any notice to the contrary. It is hereby certified that all of the conditions, things and acts required to exist, to have happened and to have been performed precedent to and in the issuance of this Note do exist, have happened and have been performed in due time, form and manner as required by the Constitution and statutes of the State of California and that the amount of this Note, together with all other indebtedness of the District, does not exceed any limit prescribed by the Constitution or statutes of the State of California.
