low. Check all three phases.<br />

COURSE OF ACTION<br />

2. Make sure input line voltage<br />

matches machine rating and<br />

the reconnect panel is connected<br />

correctly for the line voltage.<br />

Variable or sluggish welding arc.<br />

1. Poor electrode or work lead connection<br />

2. Welding cables too small.<br />

3. Welding current or voltage too<br />

low.<br />

If all recommended possible areas<br />

of misadjustment have been<br />

checked and the problem persists,<br />

Contact your local Authorized<br />

Field Service Facility.<br />

Output Control Pot. not functioning<br />

in “LOCAL” control.<br />

1. LOCAL/REMOTE Switch (S3)<br />

faulty or in wrong position.<br />

2. Faulty OUTPUT CONTROL Pot.<br />

No output control in “REMOTE”<br />

control.<br />

115VAC duplex receptacle not<br />
