In order to smoothly implement anti-air raid campaigns, we should establish an integrated
intelligence early warning system in the land, sea, air, and space spheres to ensure
that command institutions and forces at each level can promptly and accurately grasp
the dynamic state of the enemy air raids. First, we need to establish an integrated airspace
strategic early warning information system. In order to provide early warning for
