Neutralizing Filters
Neutralizing filters use a special media which raises the pH of
acidic water and neutralizes its corrosive characteristics. In
addition to protecting pipes, plumbing fixtures and appliances,
this filter also facilitates the removal of iron and manganese by
raising the pH. This enables an iron filter to be used. Periodic
backwashing cleans the bed. Additional media may be required in
six months to two years after installation, depending on the pH of
the water.

The 5600 valve can backwash up to a 10” diameter filter is a cost effective solution to your customers acidic pH problems.
Filters with - 2510 Calendar Clock or Metered Valve - Mechanical
The 2510 valve is the workhorse of our filter line. It can easily handle the regeneration requirements of all our filters up to 12”
in diameter and it uses a reliable and fully adjustable mechanical timer.
