Construction features
Standard installation
○ Load-bearing structure and panels in
galvanised and painted sheet steel (RAL 9018);
base in gal vanised s heet s teel.
○ Hermetic, Scroll-type rotar y compressors,
complete wit h internal thermal prot ection and
crankcase heat er (for models 127÷238)
activat ed aut omaticall y when the unit st ops (as
long as t he power s uppl y to the unit is
preser ved).
○ Wat er side, braz e welded plat e heat
exchanger in stainless steel, compl ete with
antifreeze electric heat er and s uitabl y insul ated.
○ Air side heat exc hanger c omprised of a coil
of copper pipes and aluminium fi ns.
○ Double electric axial fan with ext ernal rotor,
equipped with inter nal t her mal pr otecti on and
complete with protection grille for models
115÷130, 238 and indi vidual f an for models
133-233.
○ Male threaded water c onnections.
○ Differential pressur e s witch t hat protects the
unit from any i nterruptions to the water flow.
○ Refrigerant circuit made from annealed
copper pipi ng (EN 12735-1-2) complete wit h:
drier filter, charge connecti ons, saf et y pressure
switch on the high pressure side, press ure
switch on the low pressure si de, safety valve
(for models 127÷238), thermos tatic expansion
val ve ( 2 for THAEY, 3 for models 133-238),
cycle i nversion val ve (for THAEY), liquid
receiver (for THAEY) and chec k valves (2 for
THAEY), and gas s eparator (for models 133-
238).
○ Unit wit h IP24 level of protec tion.
○ Possibility to select two controls:
• STANDARD, with Adaptive Function;
• compati ble with Adaptive
Function Plus.
○ The unit is complete with the R410A
refrigerant charge.
Potential installations
Standard – Installation without pump (onl y

233 and 238) (availabl e as a f act ory fitted
accessor y).
Tank & Pump ASP1 – I nstallation wit h pump
and water buf fer t ank. The inertial water buf fer
tank is i nstalled on t he water circuit deli ver y
pipe.
Tank & Pump ASP2 – I nstallation wit h
increased st atic press ure pump and wat er
buff er tank (only available for models 133, 233
and 238) (available as a fac tor y fitt ed
accessor y). The inertial water buffer tank is
installed on the wat er circuit deliver y pipe.

parts making up t he machine;

emergenc y shutdown and dis play of t he alarms
which have been acti vat ed;
• visual indic ation of the pr ogrammed set
points via t he display; of the in/ out wat er
temperature vi a the display; of the alar ms via
the display; and of c ooling/heat-pump operating
mode via led (THAEY);
• self-diagnosis with continuous monit oring of
