It has the approval <strong>of</strong> the State Department <strong>of</strong> Education to train veterans under Public Law 874 and Public Law 550. It also has the approval <strong>of</strong> the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service to educate foreign students. MISSION STATEMENT OPEN ENROLLMENT It is the policy <strong>of</strong> <strong>Hartnell</strong> Community <strong>College</strong> District that, unless health, safety, or limited facilities is a factor in the conduct <strong>of</strong> a course, every course, course section, or class, wherever <strong>of</strong>fered and maintained by the college, shall be fully open to enrollment and participation by any person who has been admitted to the college and who meets the required prerequisites for such course, course section, or class. <strong>Hartnell</strong> <strong>College</strong> provides the leadership and resources to ensure that all students shall have equal access to a quality education and the opportunity to pursue and achieve their goals.
