engaging in supervised and repetitive competition.<br />

ENDURANCE TRAINING<br />

Designed for the physically challenged students to enhance<br />

their strength and cardiovascular endurance by using<br />

progressive resistance machines to develop muscle strength,<br />

endurance and flexibility. This class is <strong>of</strong>fered on an<br />

open/entry, open/exit basis. Students should complete an<br />

application in the DSP&S Office for verification <strong>of</strong> eligibility for<br />

this class.<br />
