or loss of Compagnie de Saint-Gobain and the undertakings in the consolidation taken as a whole, and that the management
report includes a fair review of the development and performance of the business, profit or loss and financial position
of the Company and the undertakings in the consolidation taken as a whole, together with a description
of the principal risks and uncertainties they face.
I obtained a statement from the Statutory Auditors at the end of their audit engagement in which they confirm having
verified the information regarding the financial position and the accounts contained here within, and having examined
the entire Registration Document.”
