Directions<br />
For this skills evaluation checklist, students will correctly perform horizontal ventilation on a structure<br />
operating as part of a team, given an assignment, personal protective equipment, ventilation tools,<br />
equipment, and ladders, so that the ventilation openings are free of obstructions, tools are used as<br />
designed, ladders are correctly placed, ventilation devices are correctly placed, and the structure is<br />
cleared of smoke.<br />
