METOS RG-200 VEGETABLE SLICER<br />

The <strong>Metos</strong> RG-200 slices, cubes, strips <strong>and</strong> grates. It h<strong>and</strong>les fruit,<br />

vegetables, roots, mushrooms, cheese, bread <strong>and</strong> nuts. Many rapidly<br />

interchangeable slicer heads ensure the right dimensions, a perfect<br />

cut <strong>and</strong> optimal texture. The razor-sharp slicer heads made of tempered<br />

stainless steel make for fi ne, uniform tomato slices.<br />

Despite its small size the RG-200 is very effi cient. Peak effi ciency has been achieved<br />

with many practical <strong>and</strong> technical solutions, such as an oversized feed hopper. The<br />

spacious feed opening reduces the preparatory work, since most products can be<br />

fed without cutting. Lengthy products such as cucumbers can be sliced continuously<br />

through the large 57 mm dia. feed hopper. An optional angle tube feeder is<br />

available. The angle tube feeder is suitable e.g. for cutting of wok vegetables or for<br />

decorative cutting of vegetable for salads <strong>and</strong> s<strong>and</strong>wiches. The feeder is aluminium<br />

<strong>and</strong> a plastic pusher is included. The feed tube diameter is 49 mm. <strong>Metos</strong> RG-200<br />

slices 6.5 kg per minute.<br />

Ergonomics <strong>and</strong> productivity go h<strong>and</strong> in h<strong>and</strong>. The cutting disc rack saves space,<br />

makes h<strong>and</strong>ling easier <strong>and</strong> keeps the discs sharp. The RG-200 can be placed on a<br />

height adjustable counter, equipment st<strong>and</strong> or trolley. There are two different st<strong>and</strong>s<br />

<strong>and</strong> a trolley available. See p. 18.<br />
