METOS BEAR VARIMIXERS<br />
MK-1 with manual control: the speed is regulated steplessly <strong>and</strong><br />
the bowl is lifted <strong>and</strong> lowered with levers. MK-I models have manual<br />
control.<br />
MK-1 st<strong>and</strong>ard equipment: A tools: stainless bowl, aluminium<br />
beater, stainless hook, whip body aluminium (wires in stainless steel).<br />
Other st<strong>and</strong>ard equipment: stepless speed control, removable cover<br />
in stainless steel.<br />
MK-1S model have st<strong>and</strong>ard stepless speed control switch as well<br />
as bowl lifting/lowering from frontpanel. Mixing starts always with<br />
low speed to prevent splashing. This way the strain on the motor<br />
decreases, <strong>and</strong> the motor life prolongs. The pizza models P have<br />
more powerful motor <strong>and</strong> special dough hook for mixing heavier<br />
dough. P models are available in 40 <strong>and</strong> 60 liter sizes both MK-1 <strong>and</strong><br />
MK-1S models.<br />
MK-1S st<strong>and</strong>ard equipment: A tools, removable cover in stainless<br />
steel, timer, emergency stop.<br />
All MK-I <strong>and</strong> MK-1S models can be ordered from factory with attachment<br />
drive <strong>and</strong> a scraper with holder.<br />
Also available B tools consisting of a bowl half the size of bowl A,<br />
<strong>and</strong> suitable hook, beater <strong>and</strong> whip. Other optionals are special tools,<br />
bowl trucks <strong>and</strong> meat mincers.<br />
MK-III model has microprocessor control which enables programming<br />
<strong>and</strong> saving of 25 programmes.<br />
