METOS PACOJET<br />

With <strong>Metos</strong> Pacojet you can<br />

make all sorbets, soups, sauces,<br />

herb oils etc. conveniently<br />

without loss.<br />

Peel <strong>and</strong> dice a fresh pineapple.<br />

Fill a beaker with pineapple,<br />

add pineapple juice <strong>and</strong><br />

spice.<br />

The CoupeSet attachments enable<br />

the Pacojet to be used as a<br />

cutter, mincer, mixer, blender or<br />

whipper to process foodstuffs<br />

in their fresh state without having<br />

to freeze them fi rst.<br />

2-blade cutter: to cut/mince<br />

meat or fi sh (for tartare, fresh<br />

farces, coarse stuffi ng).<br />

4-blade cutter: for fi ne-textured,<br />

fi sh or meat farces (for terrines,<br />

spreads) <strong>and</strong> mousses/purees<br />

(for sauces, toppings, herb oils,<br />

herb butter etc.)<br />

Whipping disc: for non-frozen<br />

desserts. To whip cream, stiff<br />

egg whites, foam milk, mix<br />

drinks/shakes etc.<br />

Pacojet mixes <strong>and</strong> purees deep frozen ingredients directly in deep<br />

frozen state without melting. The products stay fresh in the<br />

freezer until serving. Always superior quality end product – smooth<br />

texture <strong>and</strong> natural taste served in the right temperature. The rest<br />

are put back into freezer without breaking the freezing chain <strong>and</strong><br />

used later whenever needed. No more wastage!<br />

Pacojet fi ts in every kitchen. The appliance is quite small <strong>and</strong> easy<br />

to place in the kitchen on the countertop. Electric connection is single-phased<br />

with st<strong>and</strong>ard socket so no connections are needed.<br />

Pacojet basic set includes all accessories needed to get started: Pacojet appliance,<br />

two beakers with lid, outer beaker, sealing lid, pacotizing blade, spatula,<br />
