‣ If not, inform the other supervisors promptly that<br />
an application has been received and distribute the<br />
application form, in whole or part, as previously<br />
agreed.<br />
‣ Assess the completeness and accuracy of the<br />
application against preagreed standards, and in<br />
consultation with the host supervisors with respect<br />
to local models.<br />
‣ Communicate the final results of the assessment to<br />
the group and to other supervisors.<br />
‣ Assess those aspects of the application that the host<br />
is best able to comment on (e.g., relating to locally<br />
developed models) and communicate the results of<br />
the assessment to the consolidating supervisor.<br />
if the application is found to be incomplete,<br />
communicate that finding to the group, setting<br />
out the reasons why and what further<br />
information the group may need to submit.<br />
