Recommended CompuScope API Subroutines The Recommended CompuScope API Subroutines are the most frequently used routines for application programs operating CompuScope hardware. These routines allow all frequently used hardware functionality to be optimally exploited. The Recommended routines are used by Gage SDKs and standalone software and so are regularly and thoroughly tested. The functionality of the Recommended Subroutines are virtually never changed and any changes will be documented appropriately in future releases of the drivers. New Recommended Subroutines, however, may be added from time to time in order to exploit new features on CompuScope hardware. Please read the readme text files installed with the CompuScope drivers and C/C++ SDKs for information relating to changes in the API routines. CompuScope API Reference Manual 5
