gage_get_trigger_address

Remarks
This routine gets the trigger address in the CompuScope board. Once a trigger event is detected, the
address into which the data was being written is tagged as the trigger address. It is recommended that the
gaeg_calculate_addresses routines routine now be used for this propose.
Return Value
Returns the trigger address.
