it is now easier than ever to make soy-free, vegan-friendly versions of<br />

your favorite <strong>Hammer</strong> <strong>Nutrition</strong> fuels. While it's not possible to make exact<br />

replicas of Perpetuem, Sustained Energy, or Recoverite using <strong>Hammer</strong><br />

Vegan Protein, the following “recipes” are quite similar in terms of their<br />

carbohydrate and protein makeup, and their caloric donation.<br />

Soy-Free Vegan<br />

Perpetuem<br />

Each scoop of Perpetuem contains 135<br />

calories, 27 grams of carbohydrates,<br />

3.5 grams of protein, and 1.25 grams of<br />

fat. To make a fuel that's comparable to<br />

Perpetuem using <strong>Hammer</strong> Vegan Protein,<br />

mix:<br />

• 1 level scoop of HEED = 100 calories<br />

from 26 grams of carbohydrates<br />

• 1/4 scoop of <strong>Hammer</strong> Vegan<br />
