Ella Garcia<br />
This is my daughter Ella and her horse Swift at riding<br />
lessons. She has been riding since she was three, and she<br />
had her 8th birthday in October. Ella always has her <strong>Hammer</strong><br />
<strong>Nutrition</strong> water bottle close by, as jumping and cross country<br />
make her thirsty! I have been an avid triathlete and have<br />
