I. MAINTENANCE STATEMENTS<br />
It is your responsibility to have all scheduled inspection and maintenance services performed at the times<br />
recommended in the 2001 and later Owner’s Manual and to retain proof that inspection and maintenance<br />
services are performed at the times when recommended. FUJI will not deny a warranty claim solely because<br />
you have no record of maintenance; however, FUJI may deny a warranty claim if your failure to perform<br />
required maintenance resulted in the failure of warranted part. The proof which you maintain should<br />
be given to each subsequent owner of the engine. You are responsible for performing the scheduled maintenance<br />
described in the Periodic Service Schedule of this manual. The scheduled maintenance is based<br />
on the normal engine operating schedule.<br />
