Annex 6: Financial Statements The financial management system of BIDS is sound and is based on modern and computerized accounting system in order to ensure the efficient and effective use of its limited resources. For meeting its expenses, BIDS receives grants from the government on an annual basis to match its own earnings from endowment funds and other sources. BIDS ensures a transparent and accountable financial management system supported by high standards of internal and external auditing on a regular basis. On financial matters, BIDS is accountable to its Board of Trustees as well as to the government.
