CARSERVICE / DEPARTURE
If your flight has been booked by the festival and/or we have received your flight
schedule, we will do our utmost to pick you up at your hotel and take you to Schiphol
Airport with our carservice. As there will be the Utrecht Marathon on Sunday
September 27 problems will be expected regarding traffic. Both coordinator of the
carservice as well as the head of guestservice will have a personal time-schedule for
departure at the reception of your hotel on the evening before you leave.
Please note that the carservice will pick you up at the hotel approximately three
hours before flight departure to make sure you arrive on time. If you would like to
leave later, please make use of the train connection and inform the guestservice in
advance that you will not be using the carservice. If there are any changes in your
travel schedule, please inform us immediately.

Taxi stands can be found a.o. at the Central Station and the Neude Square.

Trains leave Utrecht CS every 15 minutes at :28, :43, :58 and :13.
Regular scheduled trains start from 05:13
At night

At 1:07, 2:07, 3:07, 4:07

REIMBURSEMENT OF YOUR TRAVEL
If the HFM reimburse your travel costs, please contact Suzanne Greijdanus. On
Friday September 25, Saturday September 26 and Sunday September 27 Suzanne
will be available between 2:00 to 2:30 pm at the HFM Industry Office, at Grand
Hotel Karel V. Please bring a copy of your train/flight ticket with you.
