Adult Fitness Continued<br />

STRENGTH TRAINING<br />

Open to Adults & Seniors<br />

This 45 minute class is designed to promote muscle strength throughout the entire body. Class will use light weights<br />

for exercise and stretch bands (please bring your own). It will include stretching followed by a flexibility sessions and<br />

a cool down. Bands and weights are available at any exercise store.<br />

MORNING<br />

Gentle Yoga<br />

Open to Adults & Seniors<br />

Enjoy a light, gentle flow-style of Hatha yoga to help release tension and fatigue with this mind/body experience<br />

to promote well-being. This class offers a chance to unwind and improve mobility – with calming yet energizing<br />

exercises to improve posture, circulation, balance, range-of-motion and strength, while promoting tranquility.<br />

Participants have expressed that they generally just “feel good” or “feel better” as a result of this class with<br />

the movements and more focused breathing accomplished. It’s always advised that your doctor be consulted<br />

before starting yoga or any new form of exercise. Yoga mats, blocks, straps are available for use if needed.<br />

Bring to class if desired: Yoga mat, pillow for support, if needed, blanket, if desired, water to stay hydrated<br />

is always a good idea. Wear to class: comfortable stretchy clothes and we remove shoes for class.<br />
