Youth Sports Continued 51<br />
Minor League T-Ball League<br />
For boys and girls 4 & 5 years old by September 1, 2014. Participants develop throwing, catching,<br />
and batting skills. Games and practices will take place at the Lake Shore/Range Line Elementary <strong>School</strong> fields<br />
on Tuesdays and Thursdays for four weeks. The season begins with fundamental skill work. After the first 2<br />
dates, 15 minutes of each day will be practice followed by a 45-minute game. The T-Ball league uses a softsided<br />
ball called a Ragball. All participants are required to have a baseball glove.<br />
Prerequisite: Boys and Girls 4 & 5 years of age by September 1, 2014<br />

Major League Baseball (Beyond T-Ball)<br />
For boys and girls 5-7 years old by September 1, 2014. This is for children who want an experience<br />
that advances beyond T-Ball. Participants will develop throwing, catching, and batting skills. Games and<br />
practices will take place at the Lake Shore/Range Line Elementary <strong>School</strong> fields on Tuesdays and Thursdays<br />
for four weeks. The coaching staff will consist of high school students and games will be coach pitched. Batting<br />
tees will be used when needed. All participants are required to have a baseball glove.<br />
