Open to Adults & Seniors
Welcome summer with delicious Korean side dishes, called “Banchan.” You will learn to make an
assortment of “tapas” like dishes using seasonal vegetables commonly served in everyday Korean meals
and learn about the unique seasonings used in Korean cooking. These small plates are simple to make
and easily accommodate gluten-free and vegan diets. Participants will also sample the food and enjoy an
interactive cooking demonstration. Bring your questions and willingness to try the unique flavors of Korean
cuisine.

and has been part of the Korean diet for centuries. Learn how to make simple fusion dishes, such as Kimchi
Hot Dogs, Kimchi Fried Rice, Kimchi and Tofu Stir-Fry, and more. Saehee Chang is a local home cook and a
Korean Culture Consultant. She grew up in South Korea, Vietnam, Kenya, and currently resides in Wisconsin.
