Generating a diagnostic report<br />
If you want to generate a diagnostic report, do as follows:<br />
1. Click Generate report from the HELP DESK page.<br />
In some browsers the file may open directly in your browser. If it does,<br />
choose File > Save As to save the file.<br />
2. Choose a location for the file and save it.<br />
The diagnostic report contains relevant information for troubleshooting.<br />
Please enclose this file when you are reporting an error.<br />
What’s next<br />
This chapter has explained how to use the web interface for setup and use of<br />
the system. You should now be able to set up the system, check status, read<br />
and send SMS messages, use the phone book and much more.<br />
The following chapter, Troubleshooting, provides guidelines for<br />
troubleshooting, an overview of the different means of status signalling, and a<br />
list of available spare parts and accessories.<br />
