Select<br />

With this option you can select <strong>and</strong> then edit different parts of a table (e.g., cells<br />

or labels). Select Table selects the entire table, whereas Select Table Body<br />

selects the cells <strong>and</strong> their labels leaving out the title <strong>and</strong> the footnotes. Data cells<br />

selects all cells in a row or column. To activate this option, click on the label of<br />

the particular row or column. Data <strong>and</strong> label cells activates both the cells <strong>and</strong><br />

the labels of the particular row or column.<br />

Group<br />

Use this option to group multiple columns or rows. In Table 72, you may want to<br />

group the first four sports as being the ‘most popular’, <strong>and</strong> the last four sports as<br />

being the ‘least popular’. To <strong>for</strong>m the first group press the Shift button on the<br />

keyboard <strong>and</strong>, while pressing, click on the labels of the group. Repeat the same<br />

procedure with the second group.
