Drag to Copy<br />

Use this option to copy the label (original label) of a row or column onto the<br />

label (destination label) of another row or column. Click on the original label.<br />

Drag it with the mouse <strong>and</strong> place it on the destination label. As you can see, the<br />

destination <strong>and</strong> the original labels become identical.<br />

View<br />

Hide<br />

Select this option to hide a row or column. For example, you may want to hide<br />

the Football row of Table 72. First, select this row <strong>by</strong> using the Select Data <strong>and</strong><br />

Label cells option of the Edit menu. Then use the Hide option. To show again<br />

the Football row select Show all categories (see below).<br />

Hide/Show Dimension Label<br />

You can hide or show the label of a dimension. For example, Table 72 has two<br />

dimension labels: activity <strong>and</strong> statistics but only the <strong>for</strong>mer is visible. Click on<br />

one or both to hide them (or reveal them if they are hidden).<br />

Show All Categories<br />

This option shows all hidden categories (see Hide above). To activate it, click on<br />

any of the category labels.
