Program quality depends mostly on <strong>in</strong>teraction between staff and students. However, academic<br />
staff cannot per<strong>for</strong>m well without the quality of the support staff. <strong>The</strong>se might be staff<br />
members who support the library, laboratories, computer facilities etc.<br />
