Between 25 February 2012 and 1 May 2012, 445 shares were purchased by Executive Directors as part of the Buy As You Earn scheme. Buy As You Earn is an HMRC approved share
purchase scheme under which employees invest up to a limit of £110 on a four-weekly basis to buy shares in Tesco PLC at the market value. In addition, Stuart Chambers purchased
19,500 ordinary shares on 24 April 2012 at a price of 321.35p per share. There have been no other changes in Directors interests in Tesco PLC shares at the date of the publication
of this report.
