In order to ensure that all convention
listings contain accurate and timely information,
all material should be either typed
double-spaced or printed legibly on 8½” by
11" paper. The contents of each listing must
not exceed 70 words in length.
The information given in the listing must
be prepared in the following format:
1) title and date (not to exceed 2 lines of
printed matter),
2) site and location,
3) guests of honor (if applicable),
4) special events offered,
5) registration fees or attendance requirements,
6) address (telephone number optional)
where additional information can be
obtained.
