Sharks Charities AND Mary DeFeudis
Sharks Charities, chaired by Mary DeFeudis, is a year-round initiative focused on meeting the educational,
social and cultural needs of the Central Massachusetts community partnering with local organizations in an
effort to enhance the lives of those less fortunate with a focus on young adults and children. Over the past three
seasons, Sharks Charities has donated more than $250,000 in the way of cash, toys, food, autographed Sharks
memorabilia/merchandise, Sharks tickets and one-of-a-kind fan experiences.
In her fourth season as acting chairwoman of Sharks Charities, Ms. DeFeudis is dedicated to revitalizing the
City of Worcester. In conjunction with Sharks Charities, Ms. DeFeudis’ philanthropic endeavors enable the Sharks
to become one of the most active and involved charitable organizations in Central Massachusetts.
