Because this guide covers voice mail administration features only, you may find that you need<br />

additional assistance from your system administrator for issues such as creating new user<br />

accounts or changing system settings.<br />

Your system administrator may be on site, or you may rely on your local provider (the company<br />

that installed your phone system and now services it) for system administration. All sales,<br />

service, and technical support are handled at the local level by your authorized <strong>Mitel</strong> provider. If<br />

you do not know the contact information for your local provider, use the “Partners – <strong>Mitel</strong><br />

Partner Locator” link at the top of the <strong>Mitel</strong> Web site (www.mitel.com) to locate a nearby office.<br />

Problem<br />

I do not know the administrator mailbox<br />

number or passcode.<br />

One of our employees has left the<br />

company, and I need to change the<br />

mailbox passcode so I can delete<br />

messages, change settings, and so on.<br />

I cannot set up a new voice mail<br />

subscriber mailbox.<br />

I need to change the voice mail system<br />

time.<br />

I need new voice mail system greetings<br />

for day and night mode, vacations, and<br />

so on.<br />

I have recorded new audiotex<br />

recordings, but I do not know how to<br />

assign them to our voice mail<br />

application.<br />

Possible Solution<br />

You must contact your system administrator for<br />

the mailbox number and passcode. For more<br />

information, contact your system administrator or<br />

local authorized provider. See “System<br />

<strong>Administrator</strong> and Provider Information” above.<br />
