Remarks: In his revision (finished in 2006) Herbert Willi added new music, especially for the
‘Hörwunder’ (‘Miracle of Listening’) described in the libretto; in addition he reworked the prologue
and made some minor cuts in the libretto, thus improving the balance of instrumental,
vocal and spoken parts.
