A typographical error was noted on page 9. The word ‘time’ should replace the word
‘tie’. On the same page, the first sentence of the Mayor’s statement should read “he has
carefully reviewed all information available and considered the matter carefully”.
On page 12 the “District of Sechelt Public Sewer Bylaw No. 112, 1990” should be
amended to “District of Sechelt Public Sewer Amendment Bylaw 112-5, 2012”.
And the “District of Sechelt Sewage Pumping Bylaw No. 307, 1996” should be amended
to “District of Sechelt Sewage Pumping Amendment Bylaw No. 307-3, 2012”.

adopted as amended.
