Recommendation • Recommend the Civil Works Review Board approve the Lower Colorado River Basin Phase I, Texas Interim Feasibility Report and Integrated Environmental Assessment. • Recommended plan is technically sound, environmentally acceptable, and economically feasible. It complies with all current policies and laws. • Plan is supported by the local sponsors. They have indicated a willingness and ability to provide all non-Federal requirements.
