ISOLUTE EPH SPE Columns
ISOLUTE EPH SPE columns have been optimized for the fractionation of
extractable petroleum hydrocarbons in soil extracts prior to analysis by
GC. The columns and methodologies have been optimized to provide a
clean fractionation of the aliphatic and aromatic fractions in soil
extracts, with no breakthrough of the lower MW polycyclic aromatic
hydrocarbons into the aliphatic fraction. The columns are quality
controlled to ensure a consistent fractionation from batch-to-batch.
