The EVOLUTE Family of sorbents has a uniquely modified surface structure that is water-wettable to promote<br />
robust, reliable sample preparation. They also have an optimized pore structure that minimizes the retention<br />
of high molecular weight endogenous materials present in complex sample matrices. The result is cleaner<br />
extracts, compared to other leading polymer based SPE products.<br />
Generic methods for high analyte recoveries<br />
EVOLUTE ABN has a balanced combination of polar (hydrophilic) and non-polar (hydrophobic) interactions,<br />
which, combined with simple generic methodology, allows simultaneous extraction of acidic, basic and neutral<br />
analytes of wide ranging polarity.<br />
EVOLUTE CX is a mixed-mode sorbent combining a water-wettable surface with uniform coverage of sulfonic<br />
acid (SO 3<br />
- ) groups with optimum exchange capacity. Generic methodology is available to provide greater than<br />
85% recovery for a wide range of basic analytes from biological fluids and other aqueous matrices.<br />
Excellent flow characteristics<br />
EVOLUTE sorbents have a narrow particle size distribution providing consistent flow characteristics for a variety<br />
of sample matrices, and resulting in reliable performance during automated sample processing. Optimized packing<br />
techniques eliminate channeling, which can lead to analyte breakthrough.<br />
EVOLUTE 30 µm sorbents are available in small volume columns and 96-well plates optimized for bioanalytical<br />
sample preparation.<br />
EVOLUTE 50 µm sorbents are optimized for processing larger volume or higher viscosity samples in environmental,<br />
food safety, clinical, forensic and doping control applications.<br />
