Process all column format sample preparation products using<br />
VacMaster-10 or -20 manifolds (see pages 104-105).<br />
Process fixed well and Array style 96-well plates using the VacMaster-96<br />
manifold (see page 106). Note: when processing partially populated<br />
Array plates, sealing strips are required to seal unused positions (see<br />
page 101).<br />
