practice in conducting individualized and small-group
tutoring sessions with Golden West College students.

The Student Computer Center provides current Golden West
College students a laboratory with high speed Internet access
on computers (including Macintosh computers), B&W and
color printing, scanning, faxing, copying, Microsoft Office
2007, Digital Art’s software, and other course supported
software to increase the probability of student success.
Students must currently be earning units at Golden West
College to enroll in this class.

This course introduces the tutor to his/her role by
teaching the essential skills necessary to effectively tutor
students. This course includes lectures and supervised
