The above lease contracts are renewable upon mutual agreement of <strong>the</strong> parties.<br />

construction of <strong>the</strong>se capital expenditures will be financed primarily through <strong>the</strong> funds of <strong>the</strong><br />

Company.<br />

whole, not adversely affect <strong>the</strong> financial results, operations or prospects of <strong>the</strong> Company. The
